Lightwave is a collective of event artists who create and capture memories, bespoke to you! We offer customizable photography, videography, music and lighting services for weddings, corporate events, and parties. This three to four piece band is perfect for a midweek mixer, promotional event, or cocktail party where the music’s primary purpose is to create a relaxed, conversational ambience. Customize the instruments to fit your vision. Pricing includes 3 to 5 hours of music.
The Advanced
Starting from $3,020
Get your party started with a five piece band and guarantee your guests will be dancing all night. Or upgrade to a six, seven, or eight-piece band to bring the house down!
The Premier
Starting from $4,020
This 7+ piece band will get your party roaring and the horn section will elevate your event. Pricing includes professional sound production.
The Ultimate
Starting from $5,020
Our Ultimate Event Package is fully loaded! Ideal for large galas and sophisticated corporate events, this package includes a 9+ piece band, full professional production including premium sound and lighting, a cocktail hour band, and a one hour DJ set to top off the night. How does your model work?
Think of us as a production company. We have a team of trusted photographers/videographers, photo and video editors and internal coordinators. These artists are hand selected to meet specific requirements to ensure they can deliver the caliber of quality we want for our clients. All artists on our team are considered to be equals based on their years of wedding experience, personalities and skill sets. They work with us to carry out your vision for your wedding. In our process, we select the artists who will be covering your wedding for several factors but most importantly being compatible with you. We have developed an engineered approach that requires: using specific camera settings, lens, equipment, techniques, placements and even down to the hour of day and location in order to capture specific photos or clips that we direct our artists to follow.
Who is my main point of contact?
Your main point of contact is the Producer/Coordinator who you are in correspondence with. They are responsible for organizing all logistics, details, planning and coordination with your photographer(s) and/or videographer(s).
Do you offer photography & videography for events other than weddings?
Of course! We offer services for corporate events, festivals, parties, and more. We only require a minimum of 3 hours of coverage.
Can the band play the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour?
Absolutely! We’re an all-inclusive band with a broad musical repertoire. Want classical music for your ceremony, a jazz set for your cocktail hour, and dance party reception? You’ve got it. Speak to your producer for more specific details and requests.
